Offer conditions



The buyer agrees to buy in the state that he declares to know and accept as a certain body, the property with the address and other identification data described in the offer of the property, free of charges and owned by THE SELLER.

 

The price proposed by THE BUYER is set in the offer of the property

 

To make the offer valid, the buyer delivers €1,000 upon signing this document, as a SIGNAL. This amount will become part of the ARRAS once that contract is signed.

 

The seller will have a period of 5 business days to assess the offer. If it is not accepted, the amount delivered will be returned.

 

This offer does not imply a reservation of the apartment. The seller has the right to reject or accept according to the criteria he considers

 

The property will be transferred free of charges, encumbrances and hidden defects, up to date with the payment of Community expenses and free of tenants and occupants.

 

Failure to sign the Deposit Agreement or/and the Public Purchase Contract by the BUYER, for reasons attributable to the buyer, entails the loss of the amounts delivered as SIGNAL. The Deposit Agreement or/and the Public Purchase Contract must be signed within a maximum date of 5 business days from the date of signing this document.

 

All expenses of the Sale will be borne by the buying party, except the municipal capital gains that will be the seller's.

 

The granting of the public deed of sale before a Notary will be carried out within a maximum period of forty-five (45) calendar days if the person needs financing and ten (10) calendar days if the purchase is made in cash. Counting from the date of signing this document.

 

The buyer authorizes the seller to share their data with the corresponding collaborators in case they are necessary to provide the services that the buyer has requested at the time of making the offer of the property.

 

The amount paid as a SIGN will be returned by the SELLER within a period of 5 business days in the event that the Deposit Agreement is not finally concluded for reasons attributable to the seller.

 

This proposal is conditioned to the fact that the payment of the SIGNAL has been made effective.
