How does the Tiko commission work?

Tiko offers a higher commission compared to the competition . This is thanks to our technology, which allows us to sell and buy homes in greater volume and in a faster time, generating enough margin to pay a more attractive commission to agents.

In the event that an agent captures a home on their own and manages to sell it under the Tiko portfolio, the commission will be higher than the normal fee.
