Houses for sale in Poblados del Oeste, Valencia
Poblados del Oeste is one of the districts into which the city of Valencia is divided. It is made up of two towns, annexed to the city between 1872 and 1882, which in turn are considered neighborhoods and have their origins in Andalusian farmhouses: Beniferri and Benimámet. Although they depend on the Valencia City Council, as they form part of the district, they have their own mayor who is in charge of ensuring the operation of both neighbourhoods.

Why to buy houses Poblados del Oeste
Benimámet is one of the two districts that are part of Poblados del Oeste. It was an independent municipality until 1882, when it was annexed to the city of Valencia. Originally it was an Andalusian farmhouse and it is said that it could have been a Roman settlement.
The second district that is part of Poblados del Oeste is Beniferri. It is an old farmhouse dedicated to agriculture formed by territories donated by Jaime I of Aragón: orchards, vineyards, houses and a palace. In 1872 Beniferri was annexed to Valencia and began to undergo urban changes with the appearance of small industries and workshops.
Despite being part of Valencia, this district has a much more rural character. In Poblados del Oeste you can visit the Church of Santiago Apóstol or the Church of San Vicente Mártir or the orchards of the residents of Benimàmet and Beniferri. They are ideal neighborhoods to live in contact with the countryside and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but with all the day-to-day facilities.
