When we calculate the market value of your home, we take into account its condition, whether it is recently renovated or needs renovation. However, we ask that you share the details of the renovation with us when our team contacts you. Any improvements you've made to your home will likely influence the proposal.

In addition, our team will carry out a technical inspection to assess in person the condition of the home and the renovation in question. Remember that, even so, we do not only value the general condition of the home. The rest of the characteristics also influence the market price of your house, since when we calculate your offer, we take different aspects into account.

Features that give value to your home

In addition to taking into account whether the property has been recently renovated, the value of your home may vary depending on a series of characteristics, some of them being the following:

  • Number of rooms.
  • State of conservation of the building.
  • Floor number of the house.
  • That it has an elevator and garage.
  • Have recently passed the ITE (Technical Building Inspection).
  • Location and proximity of infrastructure and services.
  • Good communication.
  • That it has an energy efficiency greater than D.

Features that detract from your home's value

In the same way that there are factors that positively influence the value of your home appraisal, there are also others that negatively influence:

  • Age of the home.
  • Very high community expenses.
  • Absence of elevator in the building.
  • Deficit of services in the surroundings.
  • Let the home be an interior.
